is also helpful. recommended asanas are Sun-salutation, Bharadbhajasana,
Marichayasana, Dhanurasana.
INSOMNIA :
Tired body and tired mind settle in rest easily. So if your problem
is sleeplessness, then practice atleast 25to 30 asanas daily with
holding each posture for 1 to 2 minutes. Start with Sun-salutation.
Avoid heavy meal and exercise closer to your bed time.
OBESITY : Inactivity
and over eating are the main causes of obesity. Calory restricted
high on nutrition diet in small meals is recommended. Asanas recommended
