Workout Routine for Body Toning at Home or Office is a customized exercise plan designed by Aeroyoga Fitness Centre as per individual needs.  Workout routines are designed from selective exercise programs as per your requirements OR the exercise program of your choice @Rs.1000/- per program.  If you are more comfortable with Yogasana or Weight Training or Swissball exercises then your program is designed from various asanas or weight bearing exercises or Swiss ball exercises.  Or you can also allow us to choose the best program for you.  Send your email at <aeroyoga.com@gmail.com> :

These strong asanas are very useful for body toning and adding some lean mass. Aong with a healthy low calorie diet these asanas will help you shape up. If you have any health problems, then please always consult your doctors before starting such yoga program. Practice should be started without pushing too much in the initial days. Pick up the complete program gradually in 10 to 15 days. Thereafter do it regularly. Drink a lot of water through out the day.
