Power Yoga is a system of yoga based around the ancient technique
known as Ashtanga Vinyasa. This system uses extreme breath control
and constant movement to generate heat. It is with this heat that
the body reaches flexibility maximization. The maxim being ' you
warm up to stretch.
This yoga has been used with dramatic results
on athletes and sports persons. It uses the body's own weight like
conventional weights to build strength coupled with extreme muscle
control.
This is a dynamic form which will give balance,
strength and incredible flexibility.
