Learn YOGA at your home by following the steps shown in above three videos. You can reap many benefits of Yogasanas by practicing these 30 + asanas. These will make  you strong agile and energetic. Above three  yoga program are easy to follow. Watch each vdo twice and then start practicing each step as shown in the video  Warm-up has been shown in the first VDO only which should be practiced daily before start of any exercise program. It will be easier for you if you note down the names of the asanas on a paper and then practice those asanas in that order as shown in the video.

Always start with proper warm up.  Once you are familiar with all the three VDOs  then you can practice all of them also  back to back for 2 times on each day.  Or continue practicing each vdo each day and each asana 3 times, holding each pose for 10 seconds or more.
