Learn POWER YOGA at your home by following the steps shown in above three videos. Power yoga (Flow of various asanas back to back ) is very effective program for body toning, weight loss and stress free mind. It makes you strong and energetic. Above three power yoga program are easy to follow. Watch each vdo twice and then start practicing each step as shown in the video. It will be easier for you if you note down the names of the asanas on a paper and then practice those asanas in that order as shown in the video.
Always start with proper warm up. Once you are familiar with all the three flows (i.e. above 3 power yoga sequences) then practice all three back to back for 4 to 5 times on one day.
