Learn Fitness Training at your home by following the steps shown in above three videos. Above three exercise program are very simple to follow. Watch each vdo twice and then start practicing each steps as shown in the vdo. It will be easier for you if you note down the names of the exercises on a paper and then practice those exercise in that order. Try to learn 5 exercises at a time, then next five steps and so on.

Always start with proper warm up and take 1 minute of rest between each set.  Perform 3 sets of each exercise and in each set do 10 to 15 reps.  Once you are familiar with all the exercises and the names then practice the entire program of one video on one day.

Similarly practice the second vdo and third vdo also by following the above steps. Pick up the complete program gradually in 10 to 15 days. Practice them one program on one day.  For example, on Monday practice Fitness program of VDO No.1, on Tuesday VDO No.2 and on Wednesday VDO No.3.     Thereafter practice it regularly while trying to learn more and more such exercises. Stop whenever you feel discomfort.
