Learn Aerobics at your home by following the steps shown in above two videos. Above two aerobics sequences are very simple to follow. Watch each vdo twice and then start practicing each steps as shown in the vdo. It will be easier for you if you note down the names of the steps on a paper and then practice those steps in that order. Try to learn 5 steps at a time, then next five steps and so on. Once you are familiar with all the steps and the names then practice the entire sequence with the same song.
Similarly practice the second vdo also by following the above steps. Pick up the complete program gradually in 10 to 15 days. Thereafter practice it regularly while trying to learn more and more such sequences. Stop whenever you feel discomfort.
