Aerobic has become synonym of Weight Loss.  One joins the Aerobic class for weight loss and body toning.  Excess body weight and out-of-shape body often requires motivation and care to come out of it.  And a Trainer sets the example by her unceasing efforts, vast knowledge, good figure and vigorous stamina.

And to get these qualities the Trainer should go through a Training modules perfectly moulded with above factors and get certified by it.  Body science is very essential for faster fat loss.

We at Aero-yoga Fitness Academy, have  designed Aerobic Trainer Syllabus accordingly.  So that the Trainer can deliver  a perfect program that helps a trainee achieve his/her goal.

Aerobic Trainer Course Syllabus : Anatomy & Physiology of Human body, Aerobic Concept, Improving Metabolism, Aerobic and An-aerobic Training, Warm-up & Stretches, Free-hand Exercises, Dumbbell Exercises, Swiss-ball Exercises, Abs Exercises, Resistance band Training, Ankle weights Training, Steps Training, Floor Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Jump Aerobics, Advance Aerobics (Power Aerobics created by Aeroyoga Academy), Creating 1 hr Aerobic dance program, Pulse & Music beat counting, Weight loss program, Body Toning program, Injuries Prevention, Diet & Nutrition.

Study Materials : Illustrated Colored Manual, Human Body VCD, Aerobic Training & Practice VDOs (All sequences), All other training VDOs as per syllabus, Power Aerobics Training & Practice VDOs, ‘How to take classes’ VDOs.

Duration : 6 to 8 months. Certificate is awarded after successful completion of Course by the regular students. Students doing this course through correspondence are evaluated through on-line. On-line support is available to correspondence course students through whatsapp, email, sms and phone.

Fees : Rs.20,000/- for regular and Rs.10,000 for Correspondence Course (all inclusive). Fees can be paid online directly or by DD drawn in favour of “Aeroyoga Fitness Centre”  or through on-line Fund Transfer. Correspondence course materials are dispatched on the next working day after admission formalities are completed.

Venue for Regular Classes : Bhayander in Mumbai. Classes are held on weekends i.e. on Saturdays and Sundays only in conveniently timed batches.

Correspondence Course : On-line Course/Correspondence Course is conducted through training and practice VDOs, Colored Study materials, Daily session VDOs through whatsapp, Live chat  on Skype or Imo.
